- This experience is not advisable for individuals with back issues
- Guests with heart conditions or other significant health concerns should refrain from participating
- Temperatures on the water are often cooler than on land—please dress accordingly
- Recommended attire is smart casual
- This is a completely private experience; only your group will be on board
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Boatology does not accommodate cancellations for confirmed bookings or gift card purchases. However, we do offer flexible rescheduling options. You may change your booking time up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
If the weather conditions on the day of your cruise are deemed unsuitable by the operator, you will have the option to reschedule your experience at no additional cost or transfer the full value of your booking to a Boatology Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of three years from the date of issuance.
Please note that Boatology does not issue refunds for purchased gift vouchers or experiences that are cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather or unforeseen events—unless you are able to verify that you are traveling from overseas
